Customer Relationship Coordinator
Reports to: Customer Relationship Managers
Overview
Integral position within a team structured environment. This position is responsible for providing support to the internal Customer Relationship Managers and external customer base by providing up to date information and resolutions to business needs.
Responsibilities
· Respond to customers through a variety of channels
· Acquire detailed knowledge of individual customer requirements and respond accordingly
· Work with Customer Relationship Managers and Purchasing Manager to prioritize daily workflow
· Update internal and external customers as to lead times, order updates and other inquiries
· Work with multiple departments throughout the day to get answers and respond to customer needs
Qualifications-Preferred
· Previous experience in a customer relationship position.
· Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel, ability to learn ERP system.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation & Benefits
· Hourly position based on skills and experience
· 80 Hours of PTO year 1, 120 hours of PTO year 2
· 8 Paid Holidays Annually
· Company contribution of $500/month for family or $310/month for a single for health care coverage

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
