Position Overview
The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring all customers have a timely and professional welcome into the dealership and acts as an advocate for the customer.
Who would I interact with?
This position interacts daily with Customers, Sales Associates, Sales Managers, and support staff, just to name a few.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

Greeting customers as they enter the dealership

Providing a prompt response to all customer inquiries

Assisting with vehicle delivery

Assisting all associates in providing customers with an “EXCELLENT” sales experience

Assuring all customers are logged after they are introduced to a Sales Associate

Ensuring that customers are directed to the proper associate for assistance

Providing prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by dealership managers
-
Extending the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to every customer
-
Inspecting the showroom and waiting areas frequently to ensure cleanliness
-
Maintaining new vehicle brochure inventory
What are the requirements for this job?

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience providing excellent customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organization and follow-up skills
