THE ROLE
We are looking to add a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in San Antonio, Texas to effectively represent our brand and routinely deliver customer satisfaction.
*This is a MID-SHIFT position 11:00am - 7:30pm*
*This position is a hybrid role*
YOUR TASKS
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with a consistent, accurate, and friendly attitude.
- Proactively looking for solutions and ways to service our customers.
- Place outbound sales calls and campaigns.
- Make courtesy follow-up calls.
- Understand the products that Black Rifle Coffee Offers and be able to assist customers with questions they have
- Manage inquiries regarding our websites, products, promotions and orders.
- Complete and manage product exchanges, re-routes, and returns.
- Collaborate and follow-up with customers.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- US Military Veteran a plus
