Location: Davie, FL

Shift Hours: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

Rate of Pay: $16 to $17 / hour

KeyStaff is hiring for Customer Care Rep to work at a manufacturing warehouse in the Davie area.

Position Summary

This role handles all departmental customer facing activities in an omnichannel environment ranging from, troubleshooting, resolving customer complaints, and ensures customer questions and concerns are promptly and effectively responded to in a courteous and timely manner that is both respectful and representative of the company. Consistently reinforces values and corporate culture though attitudes, behaviors, actions, and regular reinforcement.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Communicating with customers through various channels and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and support by providing prompt and accurate service to promote brand loyalty.
• Troubleshooting products following the complaint handling process.
• Communicate with and inform supervisor of any problems or issues that arise.
• Ensuring performance goals are met.
• Knowledgeable on systems, products, services, and best practice.
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
• One year customer service experience within a call center environment
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Customer Service Environment with measured metrics
• Proven experience being able to perform computer skills and strong at multitasking.
• NetSuite or Oracle experience preferred.
