Custodian/Janitor Job at Acclive Inc
Performs support service functions in Residential living areas which includes laundry tasks/clothing services, housekeeping, exterior building/campus cleanup. Participates in care of clothing, or
cleaning; uses standard equipment and machinery.
Completes clothing and housekeeping services according to Public Health requirements.
Uses maintenance equipment and machinery to sweep, scrub, mop, strip, seal, wax and buff floors. Follows facility safety precautions in the use and handling of supplies, tools, equipment and machinery while working in and around residential sites. Sweeps and thoroughly cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, halls, stairs and living areas. Washes walls, windows, mirrors, polishes woodwork, cleans light fixtures and heating and air conditioner vents. Dusts assigned areas and removes trash from waste baskets assuring proper disposal of trash and infectious waste.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
