Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
Skills/Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Capable of standing for long periods
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more
- Able to speak English fluently
- Basic Computer Skills
- Able to count money and make change
- Previous QSR experience (preferred, not required)
- Standing on feet
- Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
- Lifting objects, ice, products, boxes up to 20 lbs (if applicable)
- Wearing a headset (if Drive thru)
- Working in a small space
