Tropical Smoothie Café currently has immediate positions available for Crew Members, daytime shift. As a Crew Member, you'll prep food, make our delicious wraps, sandwiches, salads, and of course our signature SMOOTHIES. In addition, our Crew Members ring up orders and keep our café clean for guests. We will train you so no experience is necessary!

Being a Tropical Smoothie Café Crew Member involves all aspects of the following:

• Our priority is customer service!
• Crew Members must be friendly and professional towards customers and each other at all times. Crew Members must be People Friendly!
• Food prep - Crew Members will be trained to prepare food for use in the front of the house stations.
• Prepare recipes - Crew Members will be trained to complete orders (food and smoothies) according to our recipes or as customers request. All orders are made fresh.
• Cashier - Crew Members will be trained to take accurate orders from our guests and handle money transactions.
• Restock - Crew Members will be trained to restock supplies and keep the flow of service running efficiently.
• CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN - Crew Members will be trained on how to keep the café in tip top shape at all times!
• Friendly People Person - Crew Members will not be trained how to be a friendly people person. . .you must already have that quality.

Requirements:

• Availability to work day shifts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Quick learner in our fast-paced environment
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Available to work flexible hours
• Minimum age 16 years
• Experience with Micros POS system a plus
