Description: Ability to function in a demanding environment by navigating multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively supporting a busy Medical Staff Office. Responsible for assigned Medical Staff Departments as assigned by Director/Manager. Facilitates all aspects of credentialing, including applications, reappointments, proctoring and competencies. Interfaces with physicians and hospital management staff in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in credentialing position required.
- 2 years prior experience in computer operations, data analysis, data tracking and database management preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintains and communicates status of work progress, and anticipates work production scheduling requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written, oral and graphic forms preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently complete assignments with no supervision preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule as needed preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
