PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Proactively drive operational financial results and reduce costs by working with the production team to establish performance goals and achieve results

KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

· Financials

o Develop, prepare, analyze, and distribute reports to Operations team that proactively focuses on cost control KPI’s

o Review, track and resolve with Operations team production variances

o Review profitability of Company and Contract Production by Brand

o Work as part of team to understand and define annual overhead and labor rates

· Company/Contract Management

o Develop/manage pricing for Company and Contract products

o Provide support for inventory management

o Maintain Schedule 1 Pricing for Company and Contracts

· Cost Savings

o Drive and proactively identify areas for cost savings and establish goals by department

o Develop dashboards to track daily/weekly/monthly results

o Analyze line performance with objective of reducing costs

o Calculate/Review product costs by brand by SKU with objective of reducing costs

o Support negotiations of vendor contracts

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

· Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to focus on key performance indicators

· Experience with MRP systems, Great Plains is a plus

· Ability to engage and prompt a team-based atmosphere

· Strong communication skills, comfortable communicating orally and in writing with CEO level

· Proficiency in all Microsoft platforms
