New Vista is currently recruiting for a Corporate Director of Human Resources with experience in a health care or hospital setting.
We are looking for a dynamic HR Leader with a strong focus on people and team culture.
This role requires the HR leader to both handle the day to day HR supporting tasks and responsibilities along with being a strategic business partner supporting the business needs. The Corporate Director of HR guides the CEO and leaders on people initiatives and serves as a trusted partner to all team members.
A strong candidate must possess both skill sets in order to be successful and must have proven experience in previous HR leadership roles.
Some of the day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment, orientation, worker's compensation, unemployment benefits administration.
- Administration of facility HRIS system and time clock, including biweekly HR and Payroll processing.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for state required survey items as they apply to all employees.
- Employee relations, including corrective action, investigation, & documentation.
Strategic leadership requirements include but not limited to:
- Leading employee engagement and company culture.
- Strategic planning around team member growth paths and retention initiatives.
- Acts as a leader on duty and supporting partner to hospital needs
- Be a trusted advisor and help guide leaders and team members through difficult situations, conflict and development.
The Corporate Director of HR is a full time, salaried position, with salary based on experience ($80-90k, annually).

Job Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is strongly preferred.
- Certification as CP, SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred
- 2+ Years of HR experience, management experience preferred
- Healthcare environment experience
- Proven knowledge of HR compliance, operation within WC, FMLA, EEOC, Benefits, Recruitment, DOL and Payroll
- Excellent communication skills, engagement and cultural fit
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in all matters of the job
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel: computer skills are strongly utilized in this position
