Avita Health System currently operates three hospitals and numerous clinic locations throughout Richland and Crawford counties. Over the last few years, the system has tripled in size serving multiple communities throughout the region. There are over 2,000 employees and over 160 employed physicians and advanced practitioners that provide high-quality healthcare to the surrounding communities.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing strategies and leading engagement activities of Avita Health System; manage programs to foster engagement, including recognition programs and other activities that create a best-in-class work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent.- 1-2 years of previous experience in Human Resources, marketing, event management, public relations, or a similar role.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong presentation skills
PREFERRED
Post-high school degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field- 3-5 years experience in HR, public relations, event management, etc.
