Company Description. Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast Community is a state-of-the-art senior living company focused on pioneering upscale Assisted Living and Memory Care.

We are seeking. We are looking for a prep-cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Prep-Cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our residents satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Must pass a state required background and drug test.

• Job Type: Part-Time

Experience:

• line cook: 1 year (Preferred)
• kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
• restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)

License:

• Food handler certificate (Preferred)

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
