Job Summary: The Contract Systems Support Specialist will provide ongoing system support for a shared contract lifecycle management system for SUNY Upstate, SUNY Stony Brook, and SUNY Downstate. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training super users and all users on initial application use, creating and maintaining best practices manual, providing support conduit to Cobblestone Systems Support, monitoring any automated uploads and extractions for completeness, monitoring system and user activity to identify if additional licensing is needed, creating new users and security profiles for multiple sites as needed, and creating new reports and dashboards as needed. The Contracts Support System Specialist will also provide project management support, participate in governance committee, record and publish minutes, and may require travel to other SUNY campuses. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree (preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related area) and three years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication, ability to work independently and computer skills required. Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of materials information systems and project management experience preferred.
Work Days:Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
