Job Summary:
The Content Marketing Manager - Stratascale will be responsible for leading and overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of top-of-the-funnel and mid-funnel content to engage prospects in the buying process and ultimately help drive sales leads and revenue. This role will work closely with our Centers of Excellence (Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Intelligence), Office of the CTO/CISO, Innovation Labs, Transformative Services and Marketing Team (web, design, social media, operations) to create and execute an integrated Persona Based content strategy.
The Content Marketing Manager - Stratascale reports to our Senior Marketing Director and will be responsible for content creation (eBooks, video, podcasts, webinars, digital infographics) and content program management, to grow our audience, build trust and credibility, and increase organic traffic to Stratascale’s website.

Include, but are not limited to:
- Design content and messaging strategy and implement across all digital properties and media channels including the Stratascale website, ad copy, paid media landing pages, email communications, social media, presentations, etc.
- Produce high-quality digital collaterals to highlight Stratascale’s messaging: eBooks, infographics, podcasts, webinars, videos, white papers, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, survey reports and web copy
- Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our Brand’s tone and mission; write clean, concise, well-polished copy
- Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines
- Develop short- and long-form content of all forms across Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Intelligence, Transformative Services to be published
- Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and other social media analytics tools
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar
- Interact with content specialists, graphic designers, and internal team members to create and review all content and ensure consistent messaging
- Manage relationships with freelance writers and videographers to scale our SEO content efforts
- Collaborate with our Product Marketing Managers and other internal stakeholders to promote our content and grow our target audience
- Measure the impact of our content initiatives including influence on audience growth, customer acquisition, and conversions
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing, or related field
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Creativity and the ability to develop original and high-quality content
- Consulting and/or IT industry experiences are a plus
- Proficiency in latest content trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Ability to create compelling and exciting messages that help Stratascale differentiate from our competitors
- Ability to generate content and collaborate on graphic design
- Ability to contribute to the design of effective, high-quality visuals
- Ability to understand audience and adapt communications accordingly
- Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Excellent follow-up skills with limited management engagement
- Ability to take ownership of assigned workload/projects and follow through to completion
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume role and multi-task several projects at once
- Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite
- Position may require up to 25% travel
- This is a remote role with occasional travel to offices in Austin/New Jersey (US-based candidates) or London (UK-based candidates)
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
