Description:
One Network is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Content Director and Strategist to help set the strategy for its marketing content, including storylines, content types, and channels, and be responsible for creating, editing, posting, updating, and maintaining content across all channels.
To be successful in this role, you must have efficient and effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to synthesize and distill complex issues down to the “why it matters” level. Ultimately, the ideal candidate will be skilled at engaging various constituent groups including subject matter experts, sales, and industry experts to uncover necessary information.
Responsibilities:

• Researching, sourcing, writing, and editing content to enhance ONE’s brand recognition and sales opportunities in its target markets
• Identifying new content opportunities, exploring ways to repurpose existing content, and implementing changes to support online/inside sales, field sales, and partner sales channels
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
• Manage content distribution to online channels, PR teams, and social media platforms, and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics
• Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the Subject Matter Expert team is on board

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of marketing experience, with 4+ years of experience in a product marketing position within a marketing organization at a high-growth software company
• Successful track record in marketing Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Relevant software industry marketing experience
• Business acumen to recognize product and company differentiators and competitive advantages in the marketplace, and a proven ability to crisply communicate those advantages into positioning, messaging, and awareness campaigns
• Efficient and effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to synthesize and distill complex issues down to the “why it matters” level
• Personal experience with modern marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and online research tools
