Consumer Loan Servicing Manager Job at Park National Bank

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on–the-job training, develop associates’ skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for 3 FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff
  • Develop, implement, and reviews overall operational procedures and processes related to consumer loan servicing
  • Monitor performance standards to ensure processes support effective operations of scale and accuracy
  • Execute action plans for improvement as applicable, including developing lead measures for department function and
    recommend development action items to improve processes
  • Communicate frequently with management on department activities and significant issues impacting team effectiveness
    and integrity of loan data
  • Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of new industry trends and regulatory environment to ensure
    ongoing effectiveness
  • Support department supervisors by providing direction, structure and information relative to their roles
  • Collaborate with team, Loan Delivery, Commercial and Mortgage business lines to ensure operational and systematic
    advantages are being utilized
  • Support Bank Leadership by being informed of organizational direction, providing feedback and updates on the consumer
    servicing business line or other relative topics
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
  • Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.

A flexible work arrangement is available for this position. The position will require some scheduled onsite hours. Please speak to the hiring manager for more information.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

4-6 years related experience

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Regular scheduled travel between Newark and Mt. Vernon as needed
