CONSULTATION LIAISON PSYCHIATRIST

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to serve as a Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC). Sheppard Pratt, one of the nation's top psychiatric providers, manages all psychiatric services for GBMC, a 342-bed acute and sub-acute care medical center in beautiful, suburban Maryland.
The Consultation Liaison Service is devoted to the care and management of medical-surgical inpatients with psychiatric co-morbidity. Our clinicians at GBMC are supported by a team of several adult psychiatrists who provide consultations and follow-up care in a co-attending model. Our team also works in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members on GBMC's unique integrated care unit.
Requirements:

Must have a current license to practice in Maryland at the time of hire

Board certification in psychiatry required; advanced training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry preferred
