Phillips Hardy Inc. is a heavy highway and bridge construction company based in the Midwest. (Relocation help possible). We are looking for an established and successful heavy highway industry project leader to join our Arkansas team.

What we need:

• Civil engineering degree or applicable industry experience.
• Experience in bridge building, highway and heavy-civil construction, including grading, drainage, utilities, and concrete.
• Strong oversight abilities – ability to lead and manage field operations.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Project fiscal responsibility.
• Proven ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments.

This position is based in Hot Springs, AR and does require some travel.
