PrefabPads is an exciting new startup in the prefab/modular building space. We are building high-end prefab cabins for residential use in our factory space in Waukegan, IL. This is the cutting-edge of residential and ADU construction and a great place to grow and learn. You will have the opportunity to take on an early role on a small team and the chance to grow into leadership quickly!
Position available: we are looking for a project manager with experience in the construction industry that understands the building process, materials, working with vendors, and typical construction timelines. This person will need to maintain management and oversight of the ongoing units in production per project, ensure all materials are ordered and available for the projects, and ensure the units have shipping coordinated for release.

Full Job Description:
PrefabPads LLC is currently searching for a highly-motivated construction project manager for full-time employment at our manufacturing facility in Waukegan, Illinois. We build luxury prefab cabins and business is growing rapidly. Therefore, we have many opportunities for long term positions and career advancement.
This role will report directly to the COO.
This position has a salary range that is based on past experience and current abilities. All employees will receive health insurance benefits to be detailed at hiring date.
Working hours for this corporate role will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. A majority of days will be worked out of the office in Waukegan, IL but working from home is allowed on occasion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
