Essential duties and responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates new installations by using the pre-inspection process through completion
• Diagnoses proposed solutions to ensure problem-solving, and that waterproofing installation is completed to customer's satisfaction.
• Review work cards with Waterproofing Crew and homeowner to ensure understanding of the plan of action and walk the homeowner through installation
• Ensures that all appropriate materials and tools are available for installation before starting a job, then cleaned and loaded onto the truck daily, by coordinating with the crew.
• Supervises Waterproofing Crew, trains and motivates, corrects, or commends on how the Crew does the procedure
• Complete all daily paperwork prepares daily reports and communicates daily with Installations Manager to update on installation progress and inform of any problems or potential problems
• Complete all technical data to endure that piering jobs are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications, following company procedures
• Responsible for installing proposed waterproofing work
• Required to fill out appropriate paperwork upon completion of the proposed job
• Must report all required truck maintenance to appropriate personnel
• Must attend weekly safety meetings
• Meet with homeowners before during and after installation to ensure customers are well aware of the installation procedures
• Must be able to travel the company's service area
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma, or GED equivalent with six months experience and/or equivalent of both preferred.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with NO major violations in last 5 years.
• Successfully pass a background check, drug test, and a physical and knowledge-based pre-hire assessment as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
