Job Description
The Configuration Manager shall be primarily responsible for the configuration management of the CMDB. This responsibility will include planning, developing, documenting, and executing a configuration management system for all changes that affect the operational baseline to include documentation of requirements and configuration items in operations and those under development from the conception phase through delivery.
Requirements:
- Need someone with BMC Products – CMDB and Discovery Tool – if not Service Now can work as well
- BSA and IT experience is more suited; will be Liasioning with IT managers.
- Must have good communications skills – will be communicating with managers who are based in the US as well as off-shore.
