As a Concrete Laborer, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday from 5:55 am to 4:30 pm

Pay: $23 - $30 phr. DOE

Requirements:

• At least 1+ year of experience in concrete IS A MUST
• Experience with poured walls (it's a plus)
• Able to lift 50+ pounds on a daily basis
• Able to understand direction and retain information
• Operate trowel, float, screed, shovel, and rake
• Only about 20% of this role is going to be Finishing. The other 80% is a variety of footings, poured walls, CMU, stamped patios, poll decks, curbs, etc.

General

• Operate and care for construction equipment, tools, and machines.
• Assist equipment operator, and other skilled labor when necessary
• Ensure team has secured jobsite, tools and materials at end of each day.
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Other Requirements

• A Can-do attitude
• Must pass criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proper insurance
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
