Job Title: Compensation Analyst
Pay Rate: $32 to 37/Hr
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Orlando, FL
Shift Timings: 1st Shift - (8 AM to 5 PM)
This position is for the Power/Energy division.
We are looking for Compensation Analyst.
- Plans and executes compensation projects
- Maintains the effectiveness of compensation programs
- Performs market benchmark and other Compensation related analysis
- Creates compensation dashboard, develops communication and training materials on compensation topics
- Responds to inquiries from the various project stakeholders
- Ensure compensation projects & products are in line with regional or local guidelines and laws
- Executes position evaluation based on respective structure for all relevant positions for (an) assigned organization(s)
- May reconcile compensation/payroll accounts
- Develop processes and systems to deliver functional objectives
- Is expected to adopt existing concepts, methodologies, etc. in order to create and open up new ways of approaching and fulfilling specific requests or project requirements
- Problem-solving capabilities, quick learner, dashboard design capabilities, training/communication material design capabilities, a compensation experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $31.00 - $37.00 per hour
