The Property Accountant is responsible for preparing all financial statements, bank reconciliations and conducting cyclical audits. Provide customers (management, auditors, owners, etc.) with financial information and ensuring the accuracy of all general ledger and financials within the accounting system. Manage budgeting and forecasting. Review and reconcile balance sheets and income statements to verify account balances, etc. Ensures all property and tenant information is up to day and correct. Will work predominately on Yardi Residential Model and Rent Café Software. Bachelors in Accounting. Normal hours: Monday - Friday 8-5. Criminal/Drug screening.
