Commercial Maintenance Technician Job at JMG Contracting
JMG Contracting is a construction and home remodeling company. We also have commercial accounts across the valley in need of general maintenance. This position requires you to use your own vehicle to travel to different job sites across the Phoenix valley. To qualify for this position the candidate should have the following skills:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving history
- Can troubleshoot electric (low voltage)
- Change or install light fixtures, ballasts, electrical outlets
- General plumbing knowledge with experience in changing out toilets, sinks, and hose bibs.
- Hang and repair dry wall and had knowledge of all dry wall textures
- Owns their own basic hand and power tools
- Able to lift 60lbs.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
The ideal candidate will be motivated and ready to work with little supervision.
Our typical schedule is Monday through Friday.
JMG offers 6 Paid Holidays and Paid Sick Time.
We pay weekly!

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
