We are looking for someone with sales experience to join our team!
**At initial hire, there will be a base pay that will continue during the training period. Once training is completed, base pay will be reduced as commissions are introduced. Eventually, this position will be full commission with endless earning potential!
HVAC knowledge is a plus. This position requires ability to meet or exceed company targets, appointment scheduling skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, follow up skills, closing skills, along with the ability to uphold company core values, and to provide customers with the Dunn’s Difference!

Job Description
To educate, inform, and assist the customer with the purchase process of HVAC equipment, whole house generators, indoor air quality products, and any other services we may offer. Focusing on our core values to provide an educational and “Dunn’s Difference” experience for the customer, while accomplishing daily, weekly and monthly tasks to reach targets.
Responsibilities / Duties (include, but not limited to)
- Quote marketed and tech leads for HVAC unit replacements and IAQ on site
- Schedule sold jobs with customer, install manager and dispatch
- Order equipment and materials needed for jobs sold
- Provide and assist with financing options for customers when needed
- Reaching out to potential customers
- Outbounding
