SUMMARY
The Servion Group is a credit union service organization which means we serve our lending partners as if we are an extension of their company. In this role, you will work with different financial institutions across the nation, assist in the facilitation of commercial real estate transactions and contribute to a company dedicated to innovation and excellence. The primary responsibilities of the Client Coordinator position are to manage the vendor engagement process and to be the point of contact between our external lending partners, third-party vendors, and internal team. We focus on creating relationships by delivering exceptional customer service experience and providing support for the Collateral Solutions Team.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Facilitate the flow of information between Servion Collateral Solutions, our clients and third-party vendors via web-based systems, email, and phone with a focus on professionalism and building relationships.
- Process, engage and track third-party reports for our financial partners.
- Actively participate in individual 1:1s, weekly team meetings and quarterly performance meetings; meet or exceed all performance metrics.
- Proactively address escalations from the client or third-party vendors. When appropriate, reaching out to the Supervisor for additional assistance.
- Must maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, customers, vendors and/or any other representatives of external organizations.
- Must be capable of adapting, with minimal or no notice, to changes in how business is conducted, and work is accomplished, with no diminishment in work performance.
- Attendance and reliability are important for consistency within the department.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: An Associate Degree from an institution of higher learning or 2-years of relevant experience
Experience: Minimum of two years of customer service-related experience (preferably within the financial services industry).
- Customer service experience with a focus on building relationships.
- Computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing 50-60 good words per minute.
- Ability to navigate web-based systems with ease.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $27.73 per hour
