Position and Shift Available:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CA CNA License Required)

New grads welcome! Compensation based on experience, starting at $17.00 per hour.

1st shift 6:30am-3pm

2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm

3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am

Applicants must have a valid CNA certificate in California and be able to provide work authorization for the US.

Essential Duties:

• CNA is responsible for providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living and assistance with routine daily nursing care needs and services in accordance with resident’s assessment and service plan.
• Assist residents with personal care and social engagement to enhance their independence and quality of life.

• Promptly assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and daily nursing care needs as directed in service plan, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, escorting, and incontinence management and tasks as assigned by LVNs, RNs and DON.

• Treat residents with respect, dignity, and compassion, always ensuring confidentiality.

• Encourage each resident to participate in ADL to the extent possible to maintain independence.

• Assist residents in keeping their rooms clean and maintains a safe environment for all residents, staff, and guests.

• Follow HIPAA guidelines with respect to patient, family, co-worker, vendor and visitor protected information.

• Assist residents at meals, including serving meals and room tray deliveries.

• Complete all service plan tasks as scheduled and sign-off on each by end of shift.

• Always have a friendly and helpful attitude with residents, families, and guests.
