**Current Illinois C N A Certification

**Current CPR card

**Negative TB screen

**Covid Vaccine Record

**Physical or physician statement, "work without limitations"

MUST DEMONSTRATE:

**Sincere compassion for people who are aging or unwell

**Grace filled assistance with grooming and ADL's, maintaining patient dignity

**Patience with people while working in a fast-paced environment

**Understanding of patients with dementia or that may not communicate well
