This position will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing and supporting the clinical staff on a day-to-day basis to maintain a safe, orderly, professional clinical environment, including, but not limited to, communicating and working collaboratively with the physicians and staff to optimize patient safety and facilitate efficient operations, maintaining proper staffing levels and scheduling to provide physicians with productive, efficient and reliable clinical support and investigating and addressing problems, complaints, and other issues when necessary. Responsible for the selection, retention, orientation, and professional development of the clinical staff. Assists the Administrator in ensuring that the practice meets federal, state and local regulatory standards.
Requirements: Candidates must have previous related healthcare experience (outpatient and surgical practice experience a plus), strong managerial/supervisory skills, excellent customer service skills, proven organizational skills and positive attitude. RN or PA-C preferred or equivalent clinical background in a management role; Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
