Full Job Description

Are you looking for a supportive, fun and established group practice to settle with and find your community? We’d love to hear from you!

The LodeStone Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time licensed clinical psychologist to work in our Woodstock office, located on the historic Woodstock Square. See clients a short walk from coffee shops, a weekly Farmer’s Market and the scenic park in the center of the Square. Our therapist-focused community is a fun, thriving and supportive place to settle in, and our office location makes the week even more enjoyable.

This position will entail a mix of psychotherapy cases and psychological testing cases. Caseload and schedule requirements are designed to provide a good work / life balance with a lot of flexibility depending on family obligations.

We offer a highly competitive reimbursement arrangement, great benefits and a supportive work environment. Our group is comprised of providers with a wide range of specialties, providing a rich and rewarding place to practice as a collaborative team member. Clinical supervision is available as needed, and opportunities for leadership development are consistently developing.

Benefits include:

  • Health insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, HMO or HSA) with employer contribution
  • IRA Retirement Account with 3% Employer Match
  • Full malpractice insurance coverage provided
  • Long term disability insurance provided at 100%
  • Short term disability insurance provided at 100%
  • Dental insurance available
  • Vision insurance available
  • $300 annual continuing education stipend
  • Full administrative support
  • Clinical supervision, as needed

We have a robust referral stream from various professionals in the community and can help our new team member’s caseload grow quickly (typically 2-3 months). We offer plenty of opportunity for work with clients of all ages, and the support to explore new clinical specializations. Current license as a Clinical Psychologist is required for consideration for the current open position. Those awaiting licensure will not be considered. Only full-time applicants seeking a permanent position will be considered. Credentialed status with private insurers is a strong plus.

Careers With The LodeStone Center

The LodeStone Center for Behavioral Health is a large outpatient group practice focused on our vibrant therapist community, and the care of our patients. Our group is comprised of Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, and Clinical Professional Counselors. Our clinicians are a tight-knit group of professionals, and our clinic leadership is continually working to provide an enriching, fulfilling and fun environment that prioritizes the needs of our clinicians. Our center was formally launched as a product of merging two previously developed practices (TMS Psychological Services in Hinsdale, and Meridian Behavioral Health in McHenry County). Both practices have been in place for over a decade, and we have well established referral connections in our communities.
