Brief description of duties: Summary: This position provides leadership to the nursing care team in order to provide for the patient needs while under medical care in the clinic as well as to assess needs, plan, implement and evaluate patients’ nursing care. The Clinic Manager works to ensure the smooth running of the outpatient clinics. They take on administrative and sometimes medical duties, to include managing clinic staff and overseeing day-to-day management operations making sure they are successful and efficient. The Clinic Manager is a leadership position responsible for the staff under their direction, RN, LPN, and MA. Has responsibility for operations, hiring, and training, disciplining and counseling staff and for approving payroll and time records. Responsible for developing budgets with the Assistant Director of Operations, Director, Innovation and Business Strategy and CFO.

Qualifications: Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience with at least one (1) year of leadership experience required. Pediatric Clinical experience preferred

Education: Current NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.

Current CPR certification.
