Job Purpose:
The role provides critical support to the owner of Anderson Sport and Wellness (ASW) a Physical Therapy Corporation and the other senior management team members at ASW. This role undertakes functions to ensure that the customers feel welcomed, appreciated, valued, and cared after.

Position Summary: Provides a warm and welcoming environment for all customers. This position serves as the first point of contact for matters related to Anderson Sport and Wellness customer lead generation, nurture, retention, and satisfaction as well as other day to day operations. The individual holding this position must have and maintain strong and effective interpersonal skills, empathy, and customer service savvy.
Responsibilities:
- Fielding general inquiries on the phone and in person and forwarding to the owner/other staff as appropriate.
- Facilitates a warm and friendly environment for clients as they enter.
- Schedules appointments for clients in person and over the phone.
- Takes payments from clients in person and over the phone and documents appropriately in pteverywhere software (training will be provided).
- Gathers used bed sheets and towels at the end of the day (if evening shift) and places them in appropriate receptacle for pick-up.
- Assist in the formatting, preparation, and proofreading of documents and marketing materials.
- Assists in maintaining and updating internal lists of leads, current, and past clients.
- Assists the owner with administration of special events if they fall during shift.
- Assists in organizing and maintaining office supplies, catering, business cards, and a range of other office management duties.
- Assisting the owner in day to day activities including general office duties as needed such as filing, scanning, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required competencies/qualifications:
- Completes tasks in a timely manner and pays attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and in a friendly manner in person and on the phone, maintains professional composed manner when interacting with customers.
- Flexible and adaptive in response to changing team needs.
- Displays good customer service savvy in order to interact with a full range of personality types and situations.
- Completes tasks in a professional and timely manner, producing high quality and accurate results.
- Responds quickly and appropriately under a variety of situations. Provides information, advice, and guidance to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensures that all responses are accurate.

- Entry level competency with business software – Microsoft Office products, email and internet.
