Summary/Objective:
In this role, the Client Account Manager will play a key role in building processes and drive enhancements for our customer. This leader must be an expert simplifier with experience in warehouse and/or inventory management. They manage the performance and processes and leverage their expertise to drive innovations and lead projects to reduce cost and help the organization scale. They are responsible for identifying issues, defining solutions, and creating processes. They will need to create strong partnerships with our customers have a deep understanding of operational processes and the willingness to build structure to make better decisions. This leader works independently to identify, document and communicate solutions that will enable the customer experience and ensure our processes support the overall supply chain.

- Manage 3P Vendor performance for pick/pack and on-time deliverables
- Handle any escalations within the Warehouse
- Execute new initiatives, document best practices for existing processes, and standardize strategy
- Suggest and drive process improvements, metrics to improve the overall warehouse performance and efficiency
- Contribute to warehouse capacity planning
- Maintain good business relationship with key Client decision-makers
- Collaborate with customer services to resolve customer dissatisfaction
- Must maintain clear and open communication regarding complex subject matter such as pricing model, funding, and compression management
- Establish and maintain good relationship with key decision-makers
- Work to ensure retention of current business as acceptable profit levels
- Ensure business development to include completing and operational design or directing support personnel in design process pricing and presentations
- Ensure that direct reports continue to grow their knowledge and skills related to our business and business/relationship management to increase both value to themselves, our customers and our organization
- Work closely with Operations to ensure they have the tools, knowledge, training and support they need to perform their responsibilities for startups and changes to existing accounts
- Develop and implement uniform practices and methodologies to ensure clients receive equivalent but high level of service from each account location regardless of operational region

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field or equivalent experience- Experience owning and driving end-to-end large scale cross-functional programs
- Experience in prioritizing activities into complex projects/programs, and influence stakeholders, at times with limited direct authority
- Experience in practicing project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing people
- Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
