Chargeback Analyst/Senior Chargeback Analyst Job at Cipla
Cipla USA is looking to hire a Chargebacks Analyst based out of Cipla’s US Headquarters in Warren, NJ. This role is responsible for analyzing and processing chargeback claims.
Resolution of chargeback claims in Vistex/SAP received from Customers. Analyze and validate the errors and rejections reason in the chargeback claim items level and process the Chargeback Claims. Ensure disputes, if any, are resolved with Customers in a timely manner

Responsibilities:
- Analyze errors and rejection reasons and processes Chargeback claims.
- Handles Deduction log review, follow-ups to clear deductions and addresses with customers if deductions are not aligned.
- Follow up with all the GTN team and clear respective deduction
- Publishes weekly Chargeback line level reports as per required NDC level.
- Creates chargeback reports as required.
- Monitors Chargeback data for new product launches.
- Supports dispute resolution with customers
- Handles EDI 849 reconciliation
- Customer reach outs for credit/rebill
- Reconciles between claims processed and GL Account every month.
- Publishes Chargeback line level data monthly
- Publish Chargeback line level data for the month in 1st day of the next month.
- Coordinate with Internal/External auditors by providing the audit data to ensure alignment with audit plan and resolves any observations.
Required & Preferred Education and Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related area with at least two (2) years of experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry
- Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Vistex preferred
