Our client is a private equity sponsor with nearly $1B in assets under management and is currently invested in an innovative and unique, multi-location hospitality asset management enterprise with a regional presence across the eastern half of the US. The company is growing through a targeted acquisition strategy, as well as discipline organic growth and is on a strong upward trajectory.
We are undertaking the search for an operationally savvy and strategic Chief Financial Officer for this enterprise who will partner with the CEO to drive growth while professionalizing operations and fully engaging on M&A activity and integration. The ideal candidate will come from the amusement or theme park, vacation hotel, cruise ship, marina, or entertainment destination sectors and have a strong real estate background. Ideally you will have experience leading M&A processes with oversight of all activities from due diligence through to full integration. The CFO will have a proven track record effecting cultural transformations while supporting growth and developing a metrics driven, highly disciplined finance organization within a highly entrepreneurial environment.
