New Birth Company, a woman owned, CABC accredited birth center is searching for that special Certified Nurse-Midwife to join The Best Team in Birth. Our beloved community calls you to make a difference by practicing the authentic Midwifery Model of care where you have time to get to know your clients. We believe "All Women Deserve an Incredible Birth Day." We are in-network with Kansas and Missouri Medicaid, Tricare, VA CCN, BCBS, United, Cigna, and Ambetter.

Since 2011, we have enabled water births, well-woman care, client education, and breastfeeding support. Grow your knowledge of nutrition and supporting laboring women in an Active Birth Pool, imported from the UK. Our Midwives are change makers for better birth and enjoy collaborative and supportive relationships with multiple Physicians and Hospitals. We advocate directly with CMS for policy change.

New Birth Company is located in Overland Park, a suburb of Kansas City, otherwise known as the Silicon Prairie; home to high tech companies such as Panasonic, Oracle, Garmin, Black & Veatch, Burns & McDonnell, and teams; the Kansas City Current, Sporting Kansas City, the Royals and Chiefs. Minimum Qualifications: Kansas RN and CNM APRN License (or commitment to obtain on hire) AMCB Certification, current NRP and CPR. STABLE recommended during orientation. Have a Passion for Midwifery and serving our diverse community. We are here to make a difference.

Preferred Experience: Minimum of 1 year full-scope midwifery experience, out-of-hospital birth setting, and water birth. New Grads with passion for change, labor and delivery background are invited to apply.
