Rehab Select at Shelby Ridge is a 131-bed, long term care and rehab facility in the heart of Alabaster. We exist to enhance the lives of our residents. And currently, we are actively seeking a full-time (and occasionally on-call) Certified Dietary Manager who will oversee a great team of hourly Cooks and Dietary Aides, along with the day to day operations of the department - in order to deliver the highest standards in dietary services!!

What you'll need:
- Solid leadership skills and experience
- Ability to manage a successful food service operation in a financially responsible manner
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to develop a lasting rapport with the residents and staff
- Proven ability to hire, train, evaluate, and manage people
- Substantial culinary knowledge: trends, techniques, and processes
- Intermediate computer skills
- Current ServSafe® certification
** Previous cooking and supervisory experience with scheduling and budgeting skills are necessary. **
