Little-Minnows a fun Childrens Boutique is now hiring. We sell Childrens Clothing, Accessories, Toys and more! Multiple hourly positions available: Part Time or Full Time available depending on skills!

Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Fast Learner that can follow directions
-Ability to execute excellence to company standards at all times
-Excellent sales service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
-Knowledgeable of products offered, Cross-selling products, and achieving sales goals.
-Team Player that maintains customer service as the focus.
-Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
-Ability to stand on feet at times for extended periods of time and can lift up to 45 lbs.
-Dependable with own transportation
-Greeting, selling products, and cashing out customers.
-Computer knowledge is needed for this position as it will require following detailed instructions on inputting products into the POS, receiving them, and creating orders.
-Proven experience in working in a fast-paced multitasking environment.
-Ability to follow detailed instructions to add products to an online store and help customers remotely.
-Must produce work that is accurately backed with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must be proficient in excellent customer service working with people and kids!
-Must be available days, nights, and weekends as our schedule does change.
