Now seeking an experienced Nursery Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Primary point of contact for all activities regarding the Nursery: clone production, clone maintenance, vegitative maintenance, and mom room maintenance.
• Serve as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning policies and procedures.
• Responsible for checking in with upper management regarding daily & weekly plans. Delegate labor needs with the managers, passing along accurate information to cultivation staff and ensuring all departmental tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain facility plant and propagation inventories regularly.
• Update Mother, Clone, and Veg Room checklists to ensure propagation activities are completed on schedule and rooms are maintained within proper environmental parameters.
• Ensure team members are trained and follow proper mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, pruning, fertigation, and METRC compliance.
• Overseeing Metrc forms are completed and turned in accordingly in a timely manner.
• Maintain department inventory in Clone, Veg, & Mom Room.
• Ensure team members are trained and streamline processes through clear communication and documentation by using our SOPs.
• Ensure staff is signed off on all SOPs in Mother, Clone, and Veg rooms.
• Work in conjunction with the First lady, CEO, & Production Manager on rotation of strains through the garden to ensure variety and quantity.
• Ensuring staff is trained and updated on all SDS use and storage.
• Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, and analyzing plant health.
• Oversea the measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications.
• Scout for pests and diseases and apply appropriate IPM regimens as needed.
• IPM scouting and applications.
• Pesticide application.
• Ensure team members are following PPE & any other safety requirements in the workplace.

OTHER:

- Planning and executing clone cuts for our nine flower rooms

-Transplanting

-Topping and pruning vegetative plant

-Working under warm and humid conditions

-Watering

-Cleaning, mopping, and sanitation solution to ensure a healthy environment for the plants

- Scheduling mom restarts and taking care of over 500 different varieties of cannabis

- Keeping inventory and placing orders for our nursery's inputs and production materials

Applicants MUST HAVE:

- 2 or more years of cannabis horticulture experience: nursery/plant care environment

-21 years of age or older

- A proven track record of successful cloning

- Experience with seedling germination

-Takes direction well and can follow in house SOP's
