Job Title - Cannabis Environmental Support Specialist Supervisor

Job Summary - This position is responsible for administering and maintaining cleanliness supervision throughout the facility while using proper safety and sterilization procedures.

Job Duties May Include -

Supervises, trains, tasks, and motivates crew members daily.

Coaching/Correcting personnel as needed to maintain internal property standards.

Analyzes operational needs daily for optimal efficiency and execution of tasks.

Oversight of recruitment, including conducting interviews for open positions.

Completes team performance reviews.

Ordering of supplies needed on a day-to-day basis through our procurement system.

Collaborates with facility leadership to uphold daily requirements and overtime needs.

Maintains personnel scheduling

Assists with Research & Development projects as assigned.

Supervision of the following job duties detailed below -

• General housekeeping
• Removal of garbage, disposal & destruction of waste in accordance with State Laws.
• Sanitation of packaging materials used for processing
• Sterilization of sensitive areas
• Minor repairs and maintenance of equipment
• Assists other departments with tasks as needed
• Facility filtration replacements
• Performs general maintenance of facility equipment as needed.
• Sterilizes and sanitizes grow rooms and feed lines
• Collects, destroys, and documents cannabis waste
• Performs general sanitation duties throughout the facility including bathrooms, kitchen, and break rooms.
• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned

Job Qualification Requirements -

High School Diploma or a General Education Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

21 Years of age or older

Ability to work 40 hours a week

Regularly stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, walking, pulling/pushing, and carrying up to 40 pounds.

Frequently walk, stand, and crouch up to 10 hours a day.

Occasionally climb, stoop/crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.

Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness)
