Job Description:

The production shift is Monday thru Friday 6am to 2:30pm. No weekends required! We offer a friendly and clean work environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Less than 20 minute commute to New Albany, Indiana is preferred with reliable transportation required. Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time on occasion.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintains knowledge of production processes and equipment.
• Ensures that products are identified, processed, and stored correctly.
• Capable of prepping, coloring, flavoring, loading, inspecting, grading, handling, boxing, and continual cleaning
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly and safely learn production operations and machinery.
• Must be able to traverse the production facility. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to load, inspect, grade, box, and handle candy and other items. Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
