We are looking to acquire a new Call Specialist for our Outbound Sales Team to create the top of the funnel for our company growth. Our ideal candidate has two years of business-to-business (B2B) cold-calling experience. The ideal candidate is an expert in the art of conversation., highly skilled in persuasion, and are able to converse and convince. You thrive at creating and mining lead opportunities and making positive connections. As a member of our team, you’ll acquire new clients through outbound lead sources by prospecting, cultivating relationships, having the ability to quickly deliver our value to prospects, setting appointments, and managing leads in our CRM. You’ll obtain critical information about potential new clients as you schedule the demo appointments, and conduct follow-up activities with prospects.

This position is a fully remote position. It will require you to provide a capable computer and headset such that you can make outbound calls through our Hubspot CRM.

You’ll start out as a 1099 independent contractor in a 20-hour-per-week part-time position. You’ll have the opportunity to move to a full-time W2 employee with benefits following a 90-day review. Your hours will either be between 9 am and 1 pm or 1 pm and 5 pm for the time zone to which you are assigned. For example, if you live on the east coast and we have you assigned to call California, your hours would be between 9 am-1 pm PST.

You will earn a projected salary of $5720 (divided into 3 monthly installments) which equates to $22 an hour, plus commissions as a part-time dealr.cloud Call Specialist. Once you are moved to a full-time Call Specialist, you have the opportunity to earn upwards of $60k/annually with commissions and receive benefits. Our commissions are based on confirmed bookings and appointments kept.

What you’ll do:

  • Be an agent of growth at the top of our funnel, delivering potential prospects to our demoing team
  • Create leads and opportunities by data mining and cold-calling to generate and book product demos
  • Navigate gatekeepers to secure meetings with decision-makers
  • Overcome objections and resistance encountered in the booking process
  • Apply exceptional follow-up skills to cultivate relationships with key players
  • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process
  • Work as a team to achieve monthly sales goals, as well as your individual objectives

Requirements & Experience

  • Typing 40+
  • High School Diploma or GED required, additional education a plus
  • Computer literacy
  • B2B software sales experience, specifically subscription-based software
  • At least two years of professional sales experience
  • At least one year of outbound cold-calling sales experience (dialing for dollars)
  • Job experience where you placed 50+ outbound calls each day
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
