A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER REP
As a Call Center Rep, you are the voice of our company. You provide superb customer service to our clients. Your friendly disposition comes across in all your interactions. You answer all incoming calls with a friendly greeting and direct them throughout the company as needed. You schedule all the appointments for our sales staff, making at least 50 outbound phone calls per day to already pre-qualified lead sources. While you love talking on the phone with new people every day, you are glad that your job does not require any cold calling! You feel great about representing a great local company that treats its customers right!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CALL CENTER REP
- Ability to make 50-100 calls a day
- Ability to handle inbound informational and troubleshooting calls as well as outbound calls to schedule sales calls and annual maintenance visits
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge of the geography of both South Carolina and North Carolina
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
Are you extremely comfortable speaking with current and prospective customers on the phone? Can you troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently? Are you organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and manage your time effectively? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time customer service position typically works Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays required.
