This position will focus primarily on manufacturing operations tools and processes including labor timekeeping, barcode scanning/printing/verification and inventory and manufacturing operations. Familiarity working in a production environment is a plus. Work on activities in other functional areas will also be part of the role depending on business needs. The ability to be regularly onsite in Bingen is required.
General tasks include:
- Perform background research, clarify customer’s requirements, analyze systems and procedures.
- Review business requirements and deliverables, provide feedback and verify approved business requirements are comprehensive and meet business objectives and expectations.
- Document, implement, monitor and enforce standards, guidelines, methodologies and processes.
- Determine impacts to business requirements for change requests, administer required changes and follows up.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support and solutions to users.
- Write basic test plans, configure and query applications and test to system requirements.
- Monitor system effectiveness in satisfying user needs.

Compensation Range: 65,500.00 - 84,700.00
