What you will be doing

The Digital Workforce team is looking for a Financial Business Systems Analyst who supports the goals and objectives of the Finance and Shared Services organization by enabling transformative change and operational excellence through data and technology. The Analyst will build and deliver digital and other data solutions that improve operational outcomes across people, process, and technology through Automations, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Cognitive solutions.

The position will be based in Phoenix, AZ.

Main responsibilities

• Leverage automation tool sets (MS Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and RPA), Natural Language Processing (NLP), technology solutions to deliver efficiencies, lower costs, and improve quality of business outcomes through data.
• Develop Business Workflow Automations.
• Partner closely with process improvement, technology, and change.
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
• Design, build, and deliver analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and deliver key business performance metrics.
• Actively participate in ideation sessions and be a day-to-day partner to the business to identify future Cognitive or Automation solution opportunities.

• Demonstrate strategic thinking and critical thinking skills combined with a comfort working in ambiguous situations.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

• One to three years of experience focusing on Business Workflow Automation, Automation Anywhere, RPA, Power automate or other automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferable in Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Technology, Statistics, or related field and/or relative technical experience or certifications.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, R, and Data Analysis tools.
