Job Description
System VOC collection- Assign and assist with ticket completion using OpenITSM as Service Desk Agent
- OpenITSM Training for new users
- Main point of contact for OpenITSM issues. Escalate issue to HQ if unable to be resolved.
- System Master Data management - Data Gathering / Compilation / Updating / Finalization
- Performs gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of work flow
- Technical Support – providing guide Individual employee upon solution provided by HQ
Qualifications
Additional Information
Bachelor Degree- Communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.
- Managing internal tasks and report to relevant member
- Strong problem-finding skills
- Must have an experience in end-user support
- Ability to multi-task and deliver work under tight deadlines is essential
