• Evaluate sample work outputs such as user stories, acceptance criteria and working software in a demo to provide effective feedback on value delivery.

• Observes Business Analyst engagement with business partners, development teams, project meetings and agile events to provide continuous improvement feedback
• Schedule and conduct coaching sessions with Business Analysts at every stage of their career, communicate action plans for improvement, and follow up.
• Helping to develop first-year Business Analysts, advocating for them to set them up for success, easing their transition into a team environment, and providing guidance and support to accelerate their growth.
• Build relationships and collaborate with team members across the enterprise, including stakeholders, users of our applications, Product Owners, development teams, our #1-ranked Training team, leaders at all levels, and more.
• Serve as a key stakeholder and driver behind BA-related communities and centers of excellence. Make recommendations on optimizing processes and leverage the latest techniques and technologies to ensure teams are following practices and standards.
• Serve as an independent third party that can mentor, support rapid skill development, and identify educational and technical opportunities.
• Stay abreast of current market and technology trends, and gather new best practice work samples on an ongoing basis, to provide opportunities to help grow team members.
• Observe development teams and agile rituals and provide continuous improvement feedback.
• Advise on new training opportunities and gaps for the Training team to prioritize for new or enhanced training material.
• Proactively identify trends using data and feedback to address skill and capability gaps.

• At least 5+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that uses a CI/CD model.
• Strong coaching, feedback, presentation, and team-building skills.

• A passion for mentoring and guiding Business Analysts, and being invested in their growth.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to simultaneously drive multiple projects, in different stages, forward.
• Exceptional people skills, with strong initiative to connect with leaders and team members and build relationships quickly.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
• Ability to both work independently and collaboratively, with a positive attitude, 'yes' mentality, and receptive to feedback.
• Experience working in TFS/Jira a plus
