We are a locally owned and operated boutique cannabis shop. Our mission is to provide the local community of Wellfleet and it's visitors a place to purchase high quality cannabis products, in a safe, welcoming, and judgement-free environment. We are dedicated to offering local products, paying local employees a living wage, respecting our environment, and improving the connotation of what it means to be a seller or buyer of cannabis.

We are looking for diverse, motivated, qualified* applicants for the following positions starting immediately.

This is a part time position with the potential of full time employment.

This is a seasonal position with the potential for year-round employment.

Customer Service Agent

Customer Service Agents will be responsible for:
-Educating customers on products and providing an excellent customer service experience.
-Communicating effectively and having a good understanding of how to meet the customers’ needs.
-Accurately executing sales transactions via the point-of-sale system in an efficient and compliant manner.

Duties also include:

• Onsite and off-site training
• Checking in customers and verifying IDs
• Answering phone calls and communicating effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Knowledge and understanding of Massachusetts Cannabis Control Adult Use Rules and Regulations

The ideal candidate has a basic knowledge of cannabis and is looking to expand that knowledge and join a great team. We are a small business and require our employees to wear many hats. We are looking for someone who is a team player, has drive and flexibility.
