Job Description:
Omni Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Brand Marketing Manager who will have a hand in shaping critical marketing programs for the brand, including our exciting brand transformation and rollout next year. The Brand Marketing Manager is part of the Brand Management & Marketing team and reports to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, based in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of annual marketing and brand plans, including executing against the brand promotional calendar, and supporting strategies and tactics across all marketing/comms channels
- Write creative briefs and communicate to creative agencies campaign objectives & deliverables
- Manage creative requests and fulfill creative needs (for the brand & properties) including video and audio production, talent usage, etc.
- Manage coordination and rollout of new brand identity, collateral, templates, and development of style guides and pull through across properties and disciplines
- Develop auditing lists, educate cross-functional teams on “rules of the road” with the new brand identify
- Support with brand level photo/video shoots
- Manage day-to-day projects with agency partners
- Regularly communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders on multiple projects ensuring projects are on-time, within budget and meet objectives
- Project manage and coordinate meetings with clear agendas, meeting notes and action items to keep projects on schedule
- Work with outside vendors for quotes, timelines and necessary deliverables.
- Perform market and competitive research
- Continually seek ways to add value and strengthen relationships with other departments
- Assist with invoicing and accounts payable
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality marketing for a hospitality brand or at the agency level working directly with hospitality clients
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Proven ability to coordinate projects, meet tight deadlines on short notice, and multi-task
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to connect and influence
- Problem solver and a creative thinker
- Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, and detail-oriented
- Understands appropriate grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules.
- Demonstrate the desire to thrive and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- High competency level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate professional conduct within and outside the office while conducting business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and capability to take on special assignments/projects as directed by supervisor
